For the information website and expressly agreed participation in closed founder dogfood.
1. Provider and scope
Everyd.AI is provided by Steffen Deißler, Fritz-Reuter-Str. 65, 16540 Hohen Neuendorf, Germany. Contact: hallo.everydai@posteo.de
The website provides information about Everyd.AI. Visiting it or sending an inquiry does not create an app account or an entitlement to test access. For new app participants, these terms apply only after express agreement, not merely by visiting the website. For existing participants, they will be separately agreed before taking effect. Publication alone does not create retroactive obligations; silence does not constitute agreement.
2. Current offering and planned alpha
Everyd.AI supports shared organization of household events, tasks, lists and responsibilities. The app is currently evaluated in closed founder dogfood with expressly admitted adults. There is no public registration. Children do not receive accounts.
Core functions, Google Calendar, AI through text and deliberately started short voice input (push-to-talk), and push on Android and iPhone are planned for the first external alpha. This is the development scope, not a claim of already available services or a promised launch date. The Google connection, AI and push are currently not enabled for ongoing app operation. The actual scope and applicable terms will be communicated before external alpha.
3. Responsible household use
Use only your own admitted account. Do not share sign-in codes or access tokens or bypass household or access boundaries. Unauthorized access, unlawful content and deliberate disruption of the service are not permitted. You can report security problems using the contact above.
Enter only content you may use for this purpose and share with the adults authorized to view it. Brief everyday information about children and others may be entered where necessary and shareable within the household. Comprehensive personal profiles and health, financial, custody/contact or other sensitive content are outside the current trial. Entering information does not automatically authorize sharing it with AI or other services.
You retain your rights in your own content. Using Everyd.AI does not transfer those rights to the provider. Content is processed for the provided functions and your chosen household sharing; these terms do not grant permission for further exploitation.
4. Optional connections and suggestions
The prepared Google connection is optional and separate from Everyd.AI sign-in. Only individually selected and confirmed calendars are intended to appear read-only. Household sharing may extend beyond sharing in Google; this is explained before selection. Google events are edited in Google Calendar. Native Everyd.AI content remains usable without a Google connection. See the Google Calendar connection page for details.
Planned AI results are suggestions that can be reviewed and edited. Please check them before confirmation; the model receives no autonomous write authority. Google Calendar data is excluded from the AI flow. Device permission or Google authorization does not replace a separate decision required for another function.
5. Evaluation, changes and ending participation
The development version may have errors, delays and interruptions. Also check important events and deadlines at their authoritative source. This description of the test stage does not restrict statutory rights.
You may end participation at any time and contact the provider to leave the household or request account deletion. Shared content and other household members’ rights are considered separately. Necessary steps and any limitations will be explained to you.
Material changes or the end of the test will be announced with reasonable advance notice where possible. In cases of specific misuse, security issues or legal necessity, affected access may be temporarily restricted; the reason and next steps will be communicated where legally permitted. Changes to these terms do not take effect merely through silence.
6. Privacy and statutory rights
The privacy notice explains how personal data is processed and how to exercise your rights. These terms do not constitute blanket consent to data processing.
Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory rights. The German and English versions are intended to be equivalent in meaning.
