An additional source for your household overview. You decide which calendars you want to share.
You choose what to add.
The connection is optional and separate from the Everyd.AI login. No calendar is selected initially. Events are read from selected calendars only after your individual selection and confirmation. Your own Everyd.AI events, tasks and lists remain usable independently.
For a shared overview.
Active adults in the household may see selected titles, optional locations, times, all-day date ranges, necessary recurrence/deletion information, calendar names and update status. This household sharing may extend beyond the original Google sharing. This is explained and explicitly confirmed before each selection.
Read, without changing.
Google events remain a labelled external source. Everyd.AI does not create, change or delete Google events or automatically convert them into native events. Changes are made in Google Calendar. The normal intended window is 30 days past and 365 days future; updates may be delayed.
Clear data limits.
No import of descriptions/notes, attendee lists, organizer or email identities, conference data, attachments, Google reminders, ACLs or arbitrary URLs. No transfer of Google Calendar data to AI services and no use for model training, advertising, advertising profiles, analytics or sale.
Disconnect again.
Deselecting or disconnecting blocks display first. The target for deleting imported details from the active system is 24 hours; backup limits are described in the privacy notice. Google originals and independently created Everyd.AI content remain.
Technical permissions and first-dogfood limits
Only these two permissions are intended. Google technically enables access to the account’s calendar list and readable events; selection in Everyd.AI limits which calendars events are read from.

Only explicitly reviewed calendars suitable for the shared household are intended for the first dogfood. Employer, health, financial, custody/contact and other sensitive calendars are excluded. School/childcare calendars are not currently admitted. Any later inclusion requires a separate decision. This is not a permanent product position.
Authorization can also be revoked under Connections in your Google Account. This does not immediately delete previously imported copies; please also disconnect within Everyd.AI or request deletion.
